What is Re.KEEN?

As shoemakers with purpose, we launched RE.KEEN to help extend the life of our products and ensure they remain in use for as long as possible. RE.KEEN shoes, boots, and sandals are gently used returns that are carefully inspected and assigned a condition for resale.

Does Re.KEEN participate in the KEEN Corps reward program?

For now, RE.KEEN purchases are not eligible for The KEEN Corps Rewards Program.

ARE RE.KEEN PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR KEEN'S WARRANTY PROGRAM?

The standard KEEN warranty is not included on RE.KEEN purchases.

Can I sell my own KEEN footwear on Re.KEEN?

Soon! We will be launching a trade-in program, allowing KEEN fans to trade in gently used items and receive store credit. Check back soon for more information!

How often are new products added to the site?

Our product offering is always changing, and new products are added to the site on an ongoing basis. Keep checking back – you never know when that throwback style you coveted might show up again!

Order FAQ

Where does Re.KEEN deliver?

We deliver to all 50 States in the USA, excluding APO/FPO addresses. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, and international shipping is not available at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

RE.KEEN offers $7.50 flat rate shipping per order.

What is your return policy?

Purchases made on RE.KEEN can be returned within 15 days of order delivery. To initiate your return please email us at info.rekeen@keenfootwear.com

How do I cancel or change an orer?

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact RE.KEEN support at info.rekeen@keenfootwear.com as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, but unfortunately we cannot cancel or change your order once it's shipped. If part or all of your order is successfully canceled, we will send you an email for your records.

How do I track the status of my order and order shipment?

You can access your order status in Track Your Order by entering your last name, order confirmation number, and the shipping address ZIP code. All orders ship via UPS.

Can I use my KEEN giftcard for Re.KEEN purchases?

No. KEEN gift cards are only redeemable on purchases made at keenfootwear.com.

Product FAQ

Is the product in the image the exact product I will receive?

Product images used on RE.KEEN are of new items, not of the actual item you will receive. Please refer to our condition guide to understand item quality.

  • Like New - Item is in outstanding condition, with no visible signs of wear or damage.
  • Great - Item is in excellent condition and may contain faint signs of wear, such as minor scuffs.
  • Good - Item is in good condition and shows some signs of wear, such as scuffs and/or minimal sole wear.

How are items cleaned and refurbished before they are resold?

We use all-natural and eco-friendly cleaning solutions – and a little elbow grease – to refresh shoes for resale. This can include light repairs to get them ready for the next leg of their journey.
