RE.KEEN shoes, boots, and sandals are gently used returns that are carefully inspected and assigned a condition for resale. It is powered by a service provider called Archive.
For now, RE.KEEN purchases are not eligible for The KEEN Corps Rewards Program.
The standard KEEN warranty is not included on RE.KEEN purchases.

You are purchasing a pre-loved KEEN product from KEEN. All KEEN shoe returns are carefully selected and inspected. We refresh each shoe by cleaning and repairing as needed. We assign every pair a condition grade, so you know exactly what you are buying.

Yes! You can submit a return within 14-days of delivery at this link. There is a flat restocking fee of $8.50 for all returns. If you have any questions, you can reach out to the customer care team.

We accept all KEEN footwear. Shoes should be clean, not dirty, and still in wearable condition. If your item is not accepted for trade-in, we’ll recycle what we can to reduce what goes to the landfill.
